Watch: Braves’ Jorge Soler squashes mammoth grand slam over train tracks in World Series Game 6
That baseball had a family, Jorge Soler!
The 2021 World Series moved back to Houston after the Astros staggered the Atlanta Braves in a to and fro Game 5. On Tuesday, the Braves returned to work in one more end game for the Astros, and indeed Atlanta tore things open right on time with this outright bomb from Soler.
In the highest point of the third with two outs and two men on base, Soler and Luis Garcia were secured a duel at the plate with neither one of the sides needing to yield.
On a 3-2 count with the two sprinters set to go, Soler hit a flat out no-cynic to left field for a three-run shot that went over the train tracks to put the Braves ahead 3-0.
